Overview
The Bay Church Pleasanton launched in 2024 under the leadership of Campus Pastors Apollo and Rebekah Sulse. The campus is known for its diverse, welcoming community and holds Sunday services designed to feel approachable for both longtime believers and first-time visitors.
Mission: The Bay Church Pleasanton exists to love God and love people — reaching those far from God and helping believers grow into fully devoted followers of Jesus.
Services offered
- Sunday Worship: 10:30 AM service with worship music and a Bible-based message.
- The Bay Kids: Children's ministry held during the Sunday service
- Youth Ministry: Programming and community for teens.
- Groups: Small groups for connection and spiritual growth.
- Growth Track: A guided 4-step pathway (Knowing God, Finding Community, Discovering Purpose, Making a Difference) plus an optional Membership step.
- Compassion Ministry: Community outreach, including mobile shower services for people experiencing homelessness and food support.
- Care & Support: Prayer and pastoral care resources.
Get involved
Serving Teams: The primary path to volunteering is through Growth Track's "Making a Difference" step, where individuals are matched to a team based on their interests, gifts, and availability. Sign-ups are available on-site (via QR code) or through the online Growth Track form. Compassion Ministry: Hands-on community service opportunities, including outreach to individuals experiencing homelessness.
